The Plan Next project is a San Diego initiative aimed towards revitalizing organizations and programs that resemble the National Urban Leagues Black Executive Exchange Program (BEEP). Plan Next was   launched with the goal of revitalizing the Career College Club Network (C3N) initiatives that formerly supported young adults between the ages of 17-25 with scholastic & career endeavors. The Career 

College Club Network (C3N) functions as a network of minorities and other undeserved young adults that collectively work towards closing the achievement gap by increasing the success rate of graduation in college and trade schools from 2004-2009. Mr. King, president and CEO of the ULSDC recognized the need to build tomorrow's leaders and to advocate for organizations or events that   celebrate the accomplishments of young adults. Therefore is 2010 Plan Next was launched to strategize and build initiatives that would work towards revamping the C3N, supporting current young adult organizations, and formulating new initiatives.
